  • SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER – CAR RENTAL

    Job Brief

    A reputable car rental company based in Accra is looking for a Sales and Marketing Officer. He/she will be responsible for securing and closing business deals as well bring new clients on board.

    Responsibilities

    • Sell company services to customers in an effort to maximize sales opportunities and meet sales goals.
    • Build relationships with existing client companies and bring new partners on board.
    • Work closely with administrator to ensure all outstanding bills paid, office run smoothly and potential new clients to expect calls from.
    • To raise the profile and reputation of the company through effective call planning, use of professional selling skills and post call follow up.
    • To develop successful business relationships with all customers across all sectors in order to generate revenue and profit in line with budget KPI’s.
    • To develop and implement a Sales plan and to continuously monitor own sales performance to ensure achievement of targets.
    • Win new business accounts in line with company’s ideal client profile.
    • Take pride in writing high quality, profitable deals, which then become the foundations for lasting client relationships
    • Keep abreast of client developments, as well as key competitor activity, sharing pertinent information with your team.

    Key Requirement

    • 3-5yeasr working experience in similar industry.
    • Highly commercial and proven Marketing leader, preferably within B2B2C.
    • Must have demonstrable expertise in having taken strategic intent to executable plans and activities.
    • Strong digital marketing experience including social media
    • Excellent communication skills, skilled negotiator, communication is appropriate, clear and engaging
    • Driven, focused and ambitious for the business.
    • Demonstrate a professional and competent approach to work, in relationships with management, drivers, and with customers.
    • Commercially focused, understands the market and analyze business information to produce sales plans.
    • High level of personal drive enjoys a challenge and is motivated by stretching targets.
    • Self-sufficient and self-motivated with a preference to work alone.
    • Strong financial acumen and ability to develop effective budgets.
